§ 60.3034. By what date must I conduct the annual performance test?

For each OSWI unit that is subject to the annual performance test requirement in § 60.3033(a), you must conduct an annual performance test no later than 14 calendar months following the initial performance test. Conduct subsequent annual performance tests no later than 14 calendar months following the previous annual performance test. [90 FR 27961, June 30, 2025]
